EzyDVD back in business after Blockbuster buy-out

After about a month of “Distribution Delays” and lack of any activity whatsoever at EzyDVD’s online and “bricks-and-mortar” retail stores, the company has finally been relieved of it’s financial difficulties, thanks to a buy-out from the Franchise Entertainment Group – the same company that owns Australian disc rental companies such as Blockbuster and Video Ezy. Hit the read more link for further information. – r.

Text copy of the email sent out to EzyDVD customers on February 13th:

Big changes at EzyDVD mean you now have live access to a massive range of DVDs and Blu-ray movies.

The Franchise Entertainment Group (FEG), who also own Blockbuster and Video Ezy, have brought EzyDVD into the fold resulting in a total inventory of over fourteen million dollars worth of DVD and Blu-ray titles. Now that’s big news!

These titles are now available online and ready to be shipped right to your door.

We apologise for our low stock during our recent restructuring; however, we’re sure you will love this end result!

EzyDVD – where home entertainment just got bigger!

P.S. Yes, I did spend a long time on the title.
