Guitar Hero: World Tour is the fourth game in the Guitar Hero series. This series has been a hit selling over 23 million copies world wide and making over 1.6 billion dollars in retail sales. This game, like the other three in the series, has been acclaimed by both critics and players. It is the perfect game for a bunch of friends or playing by your self in single player career mode.

Although the this game is like all the others (a guitar simulator style game where you play to many popular songs) world tour has introduced a new way of playing guitar hero. The developers have added drums and a microphone to the game. This way you are able to sing, drum or strum to your favorite songs, thus having the ability to create and perform in a virtual band with a few of your friends. Another addition to GH4 is the ‘Bass Guitar’ feature used while playing Guitar, where you are able to play the bass part to the song of your choice. The song list varies in styles of music (from alternative to heavy metal), but there are plenty of different genres to match your taste. Using an online store (dependent on your console), you are able to also download hundreds of other songs onto your hard drive.

List of songs, gallery and rest of review follow after the break.

Songs included on the disk are:
