Telstra: Now with more incompetent!

I’m no fan of Telstra. Rarely do I involve myself with their antics, but this evening I found myself helping a friend of mine out with their Bigpond webmail. After several unsuccessful attempts of fixing the problem myself, I resorted to their unsurprisingly terrible online help portal, revealing a very obvious error. As you can see in the screenshot above, the heading “Checking SPAM Reporting” (which in itself makes no sense at all), dispenses this advice: blah de blah. Whether it’s a hack/attack by a couple of bored 4chan members or a Telstra staffer having a bit of fun, it gives me great pleasure to be the first to say HA! – r.
