Pink iPhone to debut at Macworld 2009?

Please note: This article has been classified as a rumor. Information presented may be inaccurate.

A mysterious pink iPhone was spied on eBay this evening, accompanied by several photos and detailed tech specs. It is believed that the photos are legitimate. Obviously, this information leads to the theory that Phil will be unveiling multi-colored iPhones at Macworld on Wednesday. According to the product description on eBay:

You are bidding on what i think is the only pink Iphone on the market. This is not a case or cover it is the actual body of the Iphone. Iphone comes boxed with all accessories and has latest 2.2 firmware installed. The phone is locked to O2 but could easily be unblocked if required. This is the ultimate pink accessory for anyone, this phone is guaranteed to turn heads wherever you go and as far as i am aware is unavailable anywhere else. This is perfect to give as a gift or just to treat yourself! please note the sim card tray is black (as illustrated in picture) Please be aware i will only send to UK bidders. please email first if you have zero feedback. Happy Bidding!

While this is the first rumor to show up about a pink iPhone 3G, the evidence does seem genuine and I wouldn’t be surprised if more shows up before MWSF about new iPhone colors. – r.
